Radd ("we", "us") provides AI-generated reply drafting for Google Business Profile reviews. This is a placeholder policy for early access - a full legal review will replace it before general availability.
Account details (name, email), your Google Business Profile connection and review data, and usage data needed to operate the product (e.g. reply generation logs, trial usage counters).
To generate and post review replies on your behalf, operate your account and billing, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase) using row-level security so each business only ever sees its own data.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us below.

"رد" ("نحن") يوفر مسودات ردود بالذكاء الاصطناعي على تقييمات جوجل بزنس. هذي سياسة مبدئية للنسخة التجريبية - بنستبدلها بمراجعة قانونية كاملة قبل الإطلاق العام.
بيانات حسابك (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني)، ربط ملف جوجل بزنس مالك وبيانات التقييمات، وبيانات الاستخدام اللازمة لتشغيل المنتج (مثل سجلات توليد الردود وعدادات استخدام التجربة).
لتوليد ونشر ردود التقييمات نيابة عنك، تشغيل حسابك والفوترة، وتحسين المنتج. ما نبيع بياناتك أبدًا.
بياناتك تُخزّن مع مزودي البنية التحتية (منهم Supabase) باستخدام أمان على مستوى الصفوف، بحيث كل مطعم يشوف بياناته بس.
تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها بأي وقت عن طريق التواصل معنا.
